22-year-old Undergraduate Wins Miss Niger Delta Queen

Beautiful 22-year-old student of University of Port Harcourt, Stella Ebelechukwu has emerged winner of the 12th edition of Miss Niger Delta beauty pageant held at Grace Place Evet Centre, Port Harcourt. She is also the new ambassador for Peace and Development for 2012/2013.

She defeated 20 other contestants from Niger Delta to clinch the coveted crown. Congrats.
